1. The Provider
ZST Radio Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (short name: ZST Radio Kft.)
Registered office: 1037 Budapest, Kisbojtár utca 35. fszt. 2., Hungary
Company registration number: 01-09-375210 · Tax number: 28814012-2-41
Email: info@zstradio.com
2. The service
Mondigo is an AI-assisted web service (SaaS) for preparing quotes, operated by ZST Radio Kft.
for tradespeople and small businesses. The service turns the User's work notes into a draft quote, manages
the life cycle of the quote (sending, opening, acceptance, scheduling), provides a customer-facing quote page,
and — on the User's decision — delivers the quote to the User's customer by email on the User's behalf.
Mondigo is not an accounting service, tax advice or any other professional service regulated by law. The items,
quantities, prices and wording proposed by the AI are suggestions: the User is always responsible
for the content of a sent quote — including its prices, quantities, tax settings and professional accuracy — and
must check the quote before sending it.
3. Registration and account
- Anyone can register for the service without an invitation. Some functions (for example sending a quote) are available only after the email address is confirmed. To prevent abuse, the Provider may use automatic bot filtering and usage limits for new accounts.
- When registering, the User provides accurate data (name or business name, email address, tax number). The tax number is needed for the invoicing functions to work.
- The User is responsible for keeping the account's login details confidential and for the activity in the account. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to the Provider.
- Besides the owner, an account may have one team member access; confidential business settings remain the owner's rights.
4. Use of the service
- The User uses the service within their own lawful business activity.
- It is forbidden to use the service to send unlawful, misleading or unsolicited content, to misuse another person's data, or to deliberately disrupt or circumvent the operation of the service.
- Emails sent to customers go out in the User's name and on the User's instruction; with respect to the customer relationship, the User is responsible for the lawful handling of the recipients' data.
- Fair use is protected by technical limits (for example a daily AI processing allowance); these do not restrict normal use.
- Invoices are issued through an external provider (Számlázz.hu or Billingo), under the User's own contract and the external provider's own terms; the User is responsible for the content of the issued invoice and for the obligations towards the Hungarian tax authority (NAV).
5. Fees
- The service can be tried free of charge within a free allowance of a set number of sent quotes; use beyond the allowance may require a subscription.
- The Provider publishes the current fees and plans in the application and on mondigo.eu. The Provider notifies the User of any fee change, or of the end of a free period, at least 30 days in advance in the application and/or at the registered email address.
- A free period does not give a right to use the service free of charge permanently.
6. Limitation of liability
The Provider provides the service "as is" and does not warrant that estimates, calculations or suggestions are in
every case error-free, complete or applicable to the User's particular situation. The Provider's liability is
limited to the proven, direct financial loss suffered by the User, and may not exceed the total fees actually paid
by the User for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event causing the loss. To the extent permitted
by law, the Provider excludes its liability for indirect and consequential losses.
The limitations in this section do not affect or exclude the Provider's liability for damage caused intentionally,
or in cases where the law prohibits limiting or excluding liability.
7. Data protection
The details of how personal data is processed — including AI processing, email delivery and backups — are set out
in the Privacy Notice, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
For the personal data of the User's own customers and their contact persons, which the User enters into the
service, the User is the controller and the Provider acts as processor. This processing is governed by the
Data Processing Agreement (Hungarian; version
mondigo-dpa-2026-10-25-v1.5-documents), which forms part of this contract and which the User accepts electronically at
registration by ticking the checkbox (GDPR Article 28(9)).
8. Termination
- The User may delete their account at any time, without giving reasons, in the application (Settings → delete account); deletion permanently removes the account's business data from the live system, and backups expire according to the retention period described in the Privacy Notice.
- The Provider may suspend or terminate access in the event of a serious or repeated breach of these Terms; the Provider notifies the User of this and of the reason.
- If the service is discontinued, the Provider sends a notice at least 30 days in advance, and the User can export their data.
9. Changes to these Terms, governing law
- The Provider may amend these Terms; it notifies the User of an amendment at least 15 days before it takes effect, in the application and/or by email. Continued use after the amendment takes effect counts as acceptance of the amendment; a User who does not accept it may close their account.
- These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. The parties settle their disputes primarily by negotiation; if this fails, the Hungarian court having jurisdiction and competence proceeds.
- As the relationship is B2B between the Provider and Users who are not consumers, the special consumer-protection rules do not apply; Mondigo is intended for business use.
